Governor's Policy on Linking
I do not "swap" links. I occasionally make requests to be linked and you may certainly make the same request of me. Generally I am not looking for those things that people can find anywhere and everywhere, nor am I likely to list mulptiple places with the same information. The links I am most likely to share will be those sites and pages where #1. The people or organization behind the site and its information have a healthy and high sense of integrity and thus #2 the information will be true and accurate. #3. The sites and pages will have unusual, hard to find, neglected or suppressed helpful, important or enlightening information. And #4. The site or page will be well designed for ease of reading and navigation.
